Hey. My name is Faisal. 🙂
I am currently working as a technical consultant in Altran. My current project is with Continental Automotive, working as an algorithm test engineer for Lane Detection algo in Advance Driving Assistance Systems. If you are interested in my CV, you can view it here.
I completed my Master of Science in Smart Systems from Jacobs University, Bremen, Germany in 2012 after getting a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the same university in 2010.
I am interested in Automation, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. I love computer science and everything I can achieve by using simple lines of code. Combine that with my love for mechanical and electronic equipment, and one can do wonders. 🙂
I am also interested in psychology, economics, logistics and renewable energies.
I love traveling, and I love Photography. The culmination of the two can be seen here. I also like doing random stuff. This can be found here.
I love watching movies, and television series, and occasionally just rambling about totally pointless stuff. I like writing, even though I might not be very good at it. 
The whole purpose of this website is to offer an insight into my life. This includes my travels, my university work, my actual work (the non-confidential kind) and my photography. Although I originally wanted to aim the website at potential employers, the idea has grown to include updates for all those who are interested in the projects I am associated with, and places I have been to.
This was the inspiration behind the title of the website: Intro-mission. Here it means “an introduction”
